Ramadan Cup Held for Amateur Tennis Players
An amateur tennis tournament dedicated to Ramadan Bayram was held at the tennis courts near Zabitlar Park. This edition of the event was played in a doubles format.
The tournament featured 22 mixed doubles teams. It was played in a knockout format, beginning with a qualifying round followed by the main draw featuring 16 teams.
In the final, Talat Khalilov / Parviz Bananyarli defeated Bahruz Rustamov / Aziz Manafov 6-4 to win the championship.
An awards ceremony was held after the tournament. The champions received trophies along with the latest Babolat tennis rackets, while the runners-up were presented with commemorative trophies.
