Czech tennis player Markéta Vondroušová has won the Wimbledon women’s singles title after defeating Tunisia’s Ons Jabeur in the final.
The final match ended with a 6-4, 6-4 victory for Vondroušová.
It was the first Grand Slam title of the Czech player’s career.
The men’s singles final will be played on July 16, featuring Spain’s Carlos Alcaraz and Serbia’s Novak Djokovic.
