Australian Open: Stefanos Tsitsipas Reaches the Final

Stefanos Tsitsipas has reached the Australian Open final for the first time in his career after defeating Russia's Karen Khachanov in the semifinals.

Playing on Rod Laver Arena, the Greek star claimed a 7–6(2), 6–4, 6–7(6), 6–3 victory.

This will be Tsitsipas' second Grand Slam final. His first came at the 2021 Roland Garros, where he finished runner-up to Novak Djokovic.

In the final, Tsitsipas will face the winner of the Novak Djokovic – Tommy Paul semifinal.

The championship match will be played on January 29 at 12:30 PM (Baku time) at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne.
