Amateur Tennis Tournament Held in Celebration of Republic Day
An amateur team tennis tournament was held to celebrate May 28 – Republic Day.
The event featured nine teams, each consisting of six players. The competition was played in doubles and mixed doubles formats, with each team playing six matches.
A total of 49 matches were played throughout the tournament. The team consisting of Vusal Baghirov, Teymur Dadashov, Emil Melikov, Farid Hasanov, Doga Kilic, and Nigar Agalarova emerged as the tournament champions.
At the awards ceremony, the winners received trophies and cash prizes. The runners-up were presented with gift vouchers from the tournament's partners: Fikus Baku, Cinnabon, Happy Moon's, and Spektr Medical Center.
Special gifts were also presented to other participants in recognition of their contribution and sportsmanship throughout the event.
