2nd Stage of the "Gardashlar Mebel Doubles Championship 2024" Held
The 2nd stage of the "Gardashlar Mebel Doubles Championship 2024" ranked doubles tournament series was held on June 16.
A total of 18 doubles teams competed in the tournament. In the final, Parviz Bananyarli / Yurii Kutlin defeated Sarkhan Garayev / Samir Hajiyev 7-5 to win the championship.
With this victory, each member of the winning team earned 60 ranking points. Reaching 130 ranking points, Parviz Bananyarli moved into sole possession of first place in the overall standings.
It is worth noting that at the end of October, the top five players in the overall rankings will earn invitations to an international amateur tournament to be held in Batumi, Georgia.
